What is Pulse?

Pulse is an AI-powered advertising intelligence platform built by Nurdd Solutions Private Limited. It connects to your Meta and Google Ads accounts via read-only OAuth, analyses your performance data, and delivers specific insights, diagnoses, and recommendations — powered by AI.

How is Pulse different from Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics?

Ad platforms show you what happened — impressions, clicks, spend. Pulse tells you why it happened and what to do about it. It audits your account holistically, diagnoses the root cause of performance changes, identifies wasted spend with exact ₹ figures, and gives you prioritised fixes — all in plain language.

Who is Pulse built for?

Pulse is built for D2C brands, performance marketers, and digital marketing agencies in India and globally who run paid advertising on Meta and Google. It is especially useful for brands spending ₹1L/month and above who want to understand their accounts more deeply.

Do I need any technical skills to use Pulse?

No. If you know your way around an ad account, you can use Pulse. Connecting accounts takes 2 minutes. Analysis results are written in plain English. The AI chat lets you ask questions the same way you'd ask a colleague.

How long does it take to get started?

Under 5 minutes. Sign up → connect your Meta or Google Ads account via OAuth → Pulse syncs your data and you can immediately run an audit or start chatting with your account data.

Integrations & Data

Which ad platforms does Pulse support?

Pulse currently supports Meta Ads and Google Ads. TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads integrations are coming soon.

What data does Pulse access?

Pulse accesses campaign performance data including spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, creative metadata, ad set targeting summaries, and quality rankings — as permitted by the read-only OAuth scopes you grant.

Can Pulse make changes to my ad account?

No. Pulse only requests read-only access. We cannot create, modify, pause, delete, or change budgets or bids in your ad account. This is a core architectural decision, not just a policy.

How often does Pulse sync my data?

You control sync frequency. Click 'Sync' from the dashboard at any time to pull the latest data. There is no automatic background sync that could interfere with your workflow.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts?

Each Pulse workspace supports one Meta account and one Google Ads account. For agencies managing multiple clients, each client would use their own Pulse workspace. Multi-workspace support is on our roadmap.

What happens if my token expires?

Pulse will display a re-authentication prompt. Meta long-lived tokens last ~60 days. We send a reminder before expiry so you can refresh access without losing sync history.

AI Analysis

What AI model powers Pulse?

Pulse uses Claude by Anthropic — one of the most capable and safety-focused AI models available — for all analysis, chat responses, recommendations, and summaries.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

Pulse's AI analysis is grounded in your actual account data — it cites real numbers from your campaigns. It will not fabricate spend figures or invent campaign names. That said, AI analysis is for informational purposes and you should apply your own judgement before acting on recommendations.

What is Synapse?

Synapse is Pulse's neural creative testing tool. You upload a video ad (up to 15 seconds, max 50 MB) and Synapse simulates how 720 modelled human brains respond to it — measuring activation across 5 cognitive regions and generating a second-by-second attention timeline.

Is my advertising data used to train AI models?

No. Your account data is used only to power the analysis and insights we provide to you. We do not use your ad account data to train AI models, and we do not share your specific account data with other Pulse users.

Can I ask Pulse about specific campaigns?

Yes. The AI chat is grounded in your synced account data. You can ask about a specific campaign by name, a specific date range, or a specific platform. Pulse will respond with data from your actual account, not generic advice.

Billing & Plans

Is the free plan genuinely free?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. It includes 1 connected ad account, 10 AI chat messages per day, on-demand issues scanning, and 1 Synapse analysis every 24 hours.

What are the paid plan prices?

Pulse offers three paid plans:
  • Growth — ₹2,999/month. Unlimited AI Chat, unlimited Synapse, Meta + Google connected.
  • Pro — ₹7,999/month. Advanced creative intelligence, custom prompts, 90-day history.
  • Agency — ₹19,999/month. Volume access, dedicated onboarding, SLA support, invoiced billing.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking — processed securely by Razorpay.

Do prices include GST?

Yes. All displayed prices include 18% GST where applicable. A GST-compliant invoice is issued automatically with each payment.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian law. Contact support@nurdd.club for refund requests.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Is there an annual plan?

Annual billing is coming soon. If you'd like to pay annually and receive a discount, contact us at support@nurdd.club.

Security & Privacy

How is my ad account data stored?

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in client-side code, logs, or error messages.

Who can see my ad account data?

Only you. Pulse employees do not access your account data unless you specifically request support assistance and grant permission. Your data is isolated by workspace and protected with row-level security.

Is Pulse compliant with Indian data protection law?

Yes. Pulse is operated by Nurdd Solutions Private Limited, an Indian company. Our Privacy Policy is drafted in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We are your Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us.

How do I revoke Pulse's access to my ad account?

You can disconnect Pulse at any time from the Integrations page within Pulse, or directly from your Meta or Google account's connected apps settings. Revoking access immediately stops any future data syncs.

Does Pulse store my ad creative content?

Pulse stores metadata about your ads (names, IDs, performance metrics, headlines, and preview URLs). Video files uploaded to Synapse are processed on our GPU infrastructure and are not permanently stored.
